- Garlic cloves1 Stk
- Cream60 ml
- Vegetable broth200 ml
- Curry powder½ tsp
- Parmesan15 g
- Flour½ tbsp
- Salt¼ tsp

Step by step

Clean mushrooms and slice.

Finely chop onion and garlic.

Melt butter in a pot, sweat onion and garlic until translucent.

Add mushrooms and sauté 5 min along.

Add curry powder and briefly toast.

Dust with flour, briefly sweat.

Deglaze with broth and simmer 15 min.
