  • Mushrooms brown
    4 Stk
  • Spinach
    75 g
  • Cream cheese
    50 g
  • Garlic cloves
    1 Stk
  • Parmesan
    15 g
  • Onion
    1 Stk
  • Olive oil
    ¾ tbsp
  • Nutmeg
    1 pinch
  • Salt
    ¼ tsp
  • Pepper
    1 pinch
Method

Step by step

    Clean mushrooms, twist out stems and finely chop them.

    Finely chop onion and garlic.

  3. 3

    Wash and roughly chop spinach.

  4. 4

    Heat olive oil in a pan, sauté onion, garlic and mushroom stems.

  5. 5

    Add spinach and let wilt, season with nutmeg, salt and pepper.

    Combine spinach mixture with cream cheese, fill into mushroom caps.

  7. 7

    Sprinkle with Parmesan and place on a baking tray.

  8. 8

    Bake at 200°C for about 15 min until golden.
