- Garlic cloves1 Stk
- Eggs1 Stk
- Breadcrumbs25 g
- Paprika powder¼ tsp
- Parsley1 bunch
- Salt¼ tsp
- Pepper1 pinch
- Vegetable oil1 tbsp

Step by step

Clean mushrooms and chop very finely.

Finely chop onion and garlic.

Heat vegetable oil (1 tbsp) in a pan, fry onion, garlic and mushrooms 8–10 min until liquid has evaporated.

Let mushroom mixture cool.

Mix with eggs, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, chopped parsley, paprika, salt and pepper.

Form patties from the mixture.

Heat remaining vegetable oil, fry patties 4 min per side until golden.

Serve with yogurt dip or salad.
