- Paprika powder½ tsp
- Cumin¼ tsp
- Salt¼ tsp
- Pepper1 pinch
- Vegetable oil¾ tbsp
- Mineral water½ tbsp

Step by step

Very finely chop or grate onion and garlic.

Knead mince vigorously with onion, garlic, paprika, cumin, salt, pepper and mineral water.

Let mixture rest covered in the fridge for at least 30 min.

Form mixture into finger-thick rolls (about 8 cm long).

Heat vegetable oil in a pan.

Fry cevapcici over medium heat on all sides for about 8–10 min.

Serve with ajvar, onions and flatbread.
