  • Shrimp fresh
    100 g
  • Cream
    60 ml
  • Lemon juice
    ¾ tbsp
  • Lemon zest
    ¼ tsp
  • Parmesan
    20 g
  • Garlic cloves
    1 Stk
  • Butter
    10 g
  • Olive oil
    ¾ tbsp
  • Parsley
    1 bunch
  • Salt
    ¼ tsp
  • Pepper

  • Chili flakes

Method

Step by step

    Cook capellini al dente in salted water.

    Clean shrimp and season with salt and pepper.

    Finely chop garlic.

    Heat olive oil and butter in a pan, briefly sauté garlic and chili flakes.

    Add shrimp and fry 2–3 min, remove.

    Add cream, lemon juice and lemon zest to the pan, briefly reduce.

  7. 7

    Add shrimp and drained capellini to the sauce, toss.

  8. 8

    Serve sprinkled with Parmesan and parsley.
