- Shrimp fresh100 g
- Cream60 ml
- Lemon juice¾ tbsp
- Lemon zest¼ tsp
- Parmesan20 g
- Garlic cloves1 Stk
- Butter10 g
- Olive oil¾ tbsp
- Parsley1 bunch
- Salt¼ tsp
- Pepper1 pinch
- Chili flakes1 pinch

Step by step

Cook capellini al dente in salted water.

Clean shrimp and season with salt and pepper.

Finely chop garlic.

Heat olive oil and butter in a pan, briefly sauté garlic and chili flakes.

Add shrimp and fry 2–3 min, remove.

Add cream, lemon juice and lemon zest to the pan, briefly reduce.

Add shrimp and drained capellini to the sauce, toss.

Serve sprinkled with Parmesan and parsley.
