- Soy sauce30 ml
- Wasabi¼ tsp
- Mayonnaise½ tbsp
Step by step

Wash sushi rice thoroughly until water runs clear.

Cook rice with 360 ml water per package instructions.

Warm rice vinegar with sugar and salt until both dissolve.

Place hot rice in a bowl and gently combine with vinegar mixture, let cool.

Wrap bamboo mat in plastic film, place nori half smooth-side up on it.

Spread rice thinly on nori, sprinkle with sesame and carefully flip.

Cut surimi into thin strips, avocado and cucumber into sticks.

Place surimi, avocado and cucumber on the nori and drizzle with mayonnaise.

Roll up tightly with the mat and cut into 8 pieces.

Serve with soy sauce and wasabi.
