- Plain yogurt50 g
- Butter20 g
- Onion1 Stk
- Garlic cloves1 Stk
- Ginger1 cm
- Tomatoes pureed100 g
- Cream50 ml
- Garam masala½ tsp
- Curry powder¼ tsp
- Paprika powder¼ tsp
- Cumin¼ tsp
- Turmeric¼ tsp
- Salt¼ tsp
- Pepper1 pinch
Method
Step by step

Cube chicken breast, mix with yogurt, half the spices and salt, marinate 30 min.

Finely chop onion, garlic and ginger.

Melt butter in a pan, sear chicken sharply and remove.

Sauté onion, garlic and ginger in the same pan.

Add remaining spices and briefly toast.

Add pureed tomatoes, simmer 10 min.

Stir in cream, return chicken to the pan.

Simmer another 10 min, adjust with salt and pepper.

Serve sprinkled with chopped cilantro over rice or naan.
