- Kidney beansOr: Black beans1 can
- Long-grain riceOr: Basmati rice50 g
- CornOr: Corn kernels1 can

Step by step

Cook rice per package instructions.

Finely chop onion and garlic and brown in oil.

Add mince and brown until crumbly.

Season with cumin, chili powder and salt.

Add kidney beans and corn and fry for 5 minutes.

Briefly warm wraps in a dry pan.

Distribute rice, mince mixture, cheese, tomatoes, lettuce and sour cream onto wraps.
