- Milk30 ml

Step by step

Warm milk to lukewarm, dissolve yeast and sugar in it.

Add flour, salt, 1 egg and soft butter, knead into a smooth dough.

Let dough rise covered for about 60 min in a warm place.

Form dough into 8 equal balls, place on a baking tray.

Let rise another 30 min.

Brush with whisked egg and sprinkle with sesame.

Bake at 200°C for about 15 min until golden.
