Step by step

Peel potatoes and slice thinly, briefly blanch.

Slice zucchini, cut bell pepper into strips, cube tomatoes.

Finely chop onion and garlic, sauté in olive oil.

Grease a baking dish and layer vegetables alternately.

Whisk cream, eggs, salt, pepper and herbs.
