Method

Step by step

    Add bulgur to boiling salted water, simmer 10 min, drain and let cool.

    Finely cube tomatoes and cucumber.

    Finely chop red onion.

    Finely chop parsley and mint.

    Mix bulgur with vegetables and herbs in a bowl.

    Whisk a dressing from lemon juice, olive oil, salt and pepper.

    Pour over the salad and let steep 15 min, then serve.
