  • Beef tenderloinOr: Beef sirloin
    200 g
  • Soy sauce
    2 tbsp
  • Sesame oil
    ¾ tbsp
  • Brown sugarOr: Honey
    1 tbsp
  • Garlic cloves
    1 Stk
  • Ginger
    ½ cm
  • PearsOr: Apple

  • Spring onions
    1 Stk
  • Sesame seedsOr: Sesame

  • Pepper

  • Sunflower oilOr: Rapeseed oil

Method

Step by step

    Slice beef very thinly (best when slightly frozen).

    Finely grate pear.

  3. 3

    Mix grated pear with soy sauce, sesame oil, brown sugar, pressed garlic, ginger and pepper.

    Let meat marinate for at least 30 minutes, preferably 2 hours.

    Heat pan or wok strongly, add a little oil.

    Sear meat in batches sharply for 2–3 minutes.

  7. 7

    Slice spring onions into fine rings.

  8. 8

    Sprinkle with spring onions and sesame, serve with rice and side dishes.
