- Beef tenderloinOr: Beef sirloin200 g
- Soy sauce2 tbsp
- Sesame oil¾ tbsp
- Brown sugarOr: Honey1 tbsp
- Garlic cloves1 Stk
- Ginger½ cm
- PearsOr: Apple1 Stk
- Spring onions1 Stk
- Sesame seedsOr: Sesame½ tbsp
- Pepper¼ tsp
- Sunflower oilOr: Rapeseed oil½ tbsp
Method
Step by step

Slice beef very thinly (best when slightly frozen).

Finely grate pear.

Mix grated pear with soy sauce, sesame oil, brown sugar, pressed garlic, ginger and pepper.

Let meat marinate for at least 30 minutes, preferably 2 hours.

Heat pan or wok strongly, add a little oil.

Sear meat in batches sharply for 2–3 minutes.

Slice spring onions into fine rings.

Sprinkle with spring onions and sesame, serve with rice and side dishes.
