Very finely chop onion.

Mix mince well with onion, eggs, breadcrumbs, mustard, paprika, salt and pepper.

Form about 12 patties from the mixture.

Heat vegetable oil in a pan.

Fry patties over medium heat 4–5 min per side until golden.
