- Tomatoes125 g
- Garlic cloves1 Stk
- Basil1 bunch
- Olive oil1,5 tbsp
- Salt¼ tsp
- Walnut kernels25 g
- Balsamic vinegar¼ tbsp

Step by step

Cube tomatoes, place in a sieve and drain some juice.

Marinate tomatoes with olive oil (4 tbsp), balsamic, salt and pepper.

Slice basil into strips and fold in.

Slice ciabatta, drizzle with remaining olive oil and toast in oven or on a grill.

Halve garlic cloves and rub the warm bread slices with them.

Distribute tomato mixture onto the bread slices and serve immediately.
