Method

Step by step

    Melt chocolate and butter (180 g) over a water bath.

    Work sugar, eggs and vanilla into the chocolate-butter mixture.

    Mix flour, cocoa and salt and fold in.

    Fill batter into a greased pan, bake at 180°C for about 25 min.

    Let brownies cool completely.

    Smooth-stir remaining butter (20 g) with cream cheese, powdered sugar, cocoa powder and cinnamon for the frosting.

    Spread frosting over the brownies.

    Chill 30 min before slicing.
