  • White bread
    75 g
  • Tomatoes
    125 g
  • Cucumber
    1 Stk
  • Red onions
    1 Stk
  • Black olives
    20 g
  • Basil
    1 bunch
  • Olive oil
    1,5 tbsp
  • Balsamic vinegar
    ¾ tbsp
  • Garlic cloves
    1 Stk
  • Parsley
    1 bunch
  • Pepper

Method

Step by step

    Cube bread and toast in a pan with a little olive oil until golden.

    Cube tomatoes, peel and cube cucumber, slice onion into fine rings.

    Finely chop garlic.

    Whisk olive oil, balsamic, garlic, salt and pepper into a dressing.

    Mix bread, vegetables and olives in a bowl.

    Pour dressing over and let steep for 10 min.

    Serve sprinkled with torn basil leaves.
