  • Wheat flour
    85 g
  • Fresh yeast
    1 Stk
  • Water
    50 ml
  • Salt
    ¼ tsp
  • Olive oil
    ½ tbsp
  • Sunflower seeds
    5 g
  • Honey
    ¼ tsp
  • Mustard
    ¼ tsp
  • Pepper
    1 pinch
Method

Step by step

    Knead flour, yeast, water, salt and olive oil into a smooth dough.

    Let dough rise covered for about 60 min in a warm place.

    Form dough into 12 equal balls.

    Place camembert in the center of a baking tray.

  5. 5

    Arrange dough balls in a wreath around the cheese.

    Chop garlic and mix with olive oil, rosemary and pepper, brush over the bread wreath.

    Bake at 180°C for about 25 min until golden.

    Drizzle with honey before serving.
