Step by step

Divide broccoli into florets and blanch in salted water 4 min, shock.

Cook penne al dente in salted water, drain.

Grease a baking dish with butter.

Finely chop garlic.

Whisk cream, milk, eggs, garlic, nutmeg, salt and pepper.

Mix broccoli and pasta in the dish, pour egg mixture over.
