Method

Step by step

    Peel potatoes and slice thinly.

    Divide broccoli into florets and blanch briefly.

    Grease a baking dish with butter.

    Layer potatoes and broccoli alternately in the dish.

    Whisk cream, milk, eggs, nutmeg, salt and pepper.
