Method

Step by step

    Drain chickpeas and chop with carrots in a food processor.

    Finely chop onion and garlic.

    Mix with eggs, breadcrumbs, parsley, cumin, salt and pepper.

    Crumble feta and fold into the mixture.

    Form into patties.

    Fry in olive oil until golden on both sides.
