  • Bacon cubesOr: Bacon
    40 g
  • Onions
    1 Stk
  • Sunflower oilOr: Rapeseed oil
    ¾ tbsp
  • Butter
    10 g
  • Iodized salt
    ¼ tsp
  • Parsley
    1 bunch
  • Marjoram
    ¼ tsp
Method

Step by step

    Peel boiled potatoes from the previous day and slice 0.5 cm thick.

    Render bacon cubes in a large pan until crispy.

  3. 3

    Cut onions into half rings and briefly fry along.

  4. 4

    Remove bacon and onions from the pan.

  5. 5

    Heat oil and butter in the pan.

  6. 6

    Add potato slices and fry without stirring for 5 minutes.

  7. 7

    Flip and season with salt, pepper and marjoram, fry another 10 minutes until golden brown.

    Return bacon and onions to the pan and briefly fry through.

    Serve sprinkled with parsley.
