Step by step

Cook pasta al dente in salted water.

Cut cauliflower into florets, fry in sesame oil.

Finely chop garlic, ginger and chili, briefly fry along.

Whisk peanut butter, soy sauce, lime juice and honey into a sauce.

Pour sauce over cauliflower, loosen with a little pasta water.
