  • Smoked salmon

Method

Step by step

    Thaw spinach and squeeze out well.

    Chop garlic, sauté with spinach in a pan.

    Whisk cream cheese, eggs, salt, pepper, nutmeg and dill.

    Add spinach and cubed smoked salmon.

    Press puff pastry into muffin tins.

    Spoon filling into the tins.

    Bake at 200°C for about 25 min until golden.
