  • T-bone steak
    ½ kg
  • Olive oil
    1 tbsp
  • Garlic cloves
    1 Stk
  • Lime juiceOr: Lemon juice
    ½ tbsp
  • Pepper 0.5 tsp coarse
    as needed
  • Iodized salt 0.5 tsp coarse
    as needed
Method

Step by step

    Take steak out of fridge 1 hour before cooking.

    Heat grill or grill pan very hot.

  3. 3

    Pat steak dry, season with coarse salt and pepper.

    Grill 4–5 minutes per side on max heat until nice grill marks form.

  5. 5

    Stand upright on the bone and grill another 2 minutes so heat reaches the inside.

    Remove from grill, drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice.

  7. 7

    Cover with crushed garlic and rosemary and rest 10 minutes.

  8. 8

    Slice across the grain and serve immediately.
