Method

Step by step

    Cream butter and sugar.

    Incorporate eggs one by one, add vanilla and cinnamon.

    Mix flour and baking powder, fold in with sour cream.

    Spread batter on a tray.

    Peel, quarter pears and place on the batter.

    Sprinkle with sliced almonds.

    Bake at 180°C for about 40 min.
