  • Onion
    1 Stk
  • Garlic cloves
    1 Stk
  • Sheep cheeseOr: Feta
    50 g
  • Toast bread
    1 Stk
  • Eggs
    1 Stk
  • Oregano
    ½ tsp
  • Parsley
    1 bunch
  • Salt
    ¼ tsp
  • Pepper
    1 pinch
  • Olive oil

Method

Step by step

    Finely chop onion and garlic.

    Soak toast bread in water, squeeze out.

    Mix mince with onion, garlic, toast, egg, oregano, parsley, salt and pepper.

    Form mince mixture into flat patties.

    Cube sheep cheese and enclose in the center.

    Fry patties in olive oil on both sides or grill.

    Serve with tzatziki and salad.
