  • Mushrooms brownOr: Mushrooms white
    75 g
  • Onions
    1 Stk
  • Crème fraîcheOr: Sour cream
    50 g
  • MustardOr: Dijon mustard
    ½ tbsp
  • Beef broth
    50 ml
  • Tomato paste
    ¼ tbsp
  • Butter
    15 g
  • Wheat flour
    ½ tbsp
  • Parsley
    1 bunch
  • Iodized salt
    ¼ tsp
  • Pepper
    1 pinch
  • Paprika sweet
    ¼ tsp
Method

Step by step

    Cut meat into fine strips, salt and pepper.

    Slice mushrooms, onions into fine rings.

  3. 3

    Heat butter in a pan and sear meat in batches, remove.

    Sauté onions and mushrooms in the pan for 5 minutes.

    Dust with flour and toast briefly.

    Deglaze with broth and simmer 5 minutes.

    Stir in tomato paste, mustard and crème fraîche.

    Return meat to pan, heat briefly, do not boil.

    Season with salt, pepper and paprika, serve with parsley.
