- Soy sauce1 tbsp
- Oyster sauce½ tbsp
- Garlic cloves1 Stk
- Brown sugar½ tbsp
- Pepper¼ tsp
- Lime juice¾ tbsp
- Sunflower oil¾ tbsp
- Iceberg lettuceOr: Romaine lettuce1 head

Method
Step by step

Cut beef into 2 cm cubes.

Marinate with soy sauce, oyster sauce, pressed garlic, sugar and pepper for 15 minutes.

Fry eggs sunny-side up in pan.

Arrange lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber and onions on plates.

Heat oil in a hot pan and sear beef cubes for 3–4 minutes.

Mix lime-pepper dip from lime juice, salt and pepper.

Place beef on the salad bed, top with fried egg.

Serve with lime-pepper dip and rice.
