Step by step

Cook spaghetti al dente in salted water.

Finely chop garlic, halve cherry tomatoes.

Heat olive oil in a pan, briefly sauté garlic and chili flakes.

Add tomatoes and braise 5–7 min, season with salt and pepper.

Drain spaghetti and toss with the tomatoes in the pan.

Distribute pasta onto plates, tear burrata into pieces on top.

Serve drizzled with basil, Parmesan and a little olive oil.
