- Pork ribs½ kg
- BBQ sauce80 ml
- Brown sugar1 tbsp
- Paprika sweet½ tbsp
- Garlic powder¼ tbsp
- Onion powder¼ tbsp
- Cayenne pepperOr: Chili flakes¼ tsp
- Pepper¼ tbsp
- Iodized salt¼ tbsp
- Apple vinegar¾ tbsp
- Worcestershire sauce½ tbsp
Step by step

Preheat oven to 130°C.
- 2
Remove silver skin from the back of the ribs.

Mix dry rub from brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne, salt and pepper.

Generously rub ribs with rub.

Wrap in aluminum foil and braise on a tray for 3 hours.

Mix BBQ sauce with apple vinegar and Worcestershire sauce.

Open foil, brush ribs with sauce and increase oven to 200°C.

Bake another 20–25 minutes, brushing with sauce repeatedly until nicely caramelized.

Rest 5 minutes before slicing, serve with extra sauce.
