Method

Step by step

    Blend basil pesto from basil, pine nuts, garlic, Parmesan and oil.

    Cook tortelloni al dente in salted water.

    Melt butter in a pan, add cream and lemon zest.

    Briefly reduce sauce, adjust with lemon juice.

    Add tortelloni to the sauce and toss.
