  • Vegetable broth
    200 ml
  • Cream
    40 ml
  • Butter

  • Nutmeg

Method

Step by step

    Peel and dice onion and potatoes.

    Melt butter in a pot, sauté onion.

  3. 3

    Add potatoes and pour in broth.

  4. 4

    Cook soft for 20 min.

    Roughly chop wild garlic, add to the pot.

  6. 6

    Finely puree the soup, stir in cream.

  7. 7

    Adjust with salt, pepper and nutmeg.
