- Wild garlic20 g
- Milk60 ml
- Eggs1 Stk
- Vegetable onions1 Stk
- Flour½ tbsp
- Parsley½ tbsp
- Butter10 g
- Iodized salt¼ tsp
- Pepper1 pinch
- Nutmeg1 pinch
Method
Step by step

Cube the rolls, pour over warm milk and let soak.

Finely dice onion and sauté in butter until translucent.

Wash and very finely chop wild garlic.

Knead soaked rolls with eggs, wild garlic, onions, parsley and flour into a dough.

Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg, let rest 10 min.

Form dumplings with damp hands.

Steep in lightly simmering salted water for about 15 min, serve with sage butter.
