    15 g
  • Butter
    35 g
  • Lemon juice
    ¼ tbsp
  • Iodized salt

Method

Step by step

    Take butter out of the fridge in time, let soften.

    Wash wild garlic, spin dry and chop very finely.

  3. 3

    Knead wild garlic into the soft butter.

  4. 4

    Adjust with lemon juice, salt and pepper.

  5. 5

    Form into a roll on cling film.

  6. 6

    Refrigerate at least 1 hr to firm up.

  7. 7

    Slice and serve with steak, fish or bread.
