- Daikon radishOr: Radish50 g
- Rice vinegar60 ml

- Soy sauce1 tbsp
- Mayonnaise1,5 tbsp

Cut carrots and daikon into fine sticks, marinate in rice vinegar with sugar and 1 tsp salt for 20 minutes.

Slice pork belly thinly, marinate with soy sauce, pressed garlic and a little sugar.

Fry meat in a hot pan for 4–5 minutes.

Cut baguette open and briefly bake in oven.

Spread mayonnaise on both sides.

Fill with meat, pickled vegetables, cucumber slices, cilantro and chili.

Drizzle with lime juice and serve immediately.
