  • Potatoes floury
    ¼ kg
  • Milk
    40 ml
  • ButterOr: Margarine
    20 g
  • Onions
    1 Stk
  • GravyOr: Hunter sauce
    80 ml
  • FlourOr: Wheat flour
    ¼ tbsp
  • Sunflower oil
    ½ tbsp
  • Iodized salt
    ¼ tsp
  • MustardOr: Dijon mustard
    ¼ tbsp
Method

Step by step

    Peel and dice potatoes, cook in salt water for about 20 minutes until soft.

    Brown sausages in a pan with a little oil on all sides.

    Slice onions into rings and fry until golden.

    Dust flour over, toast briefly and deglaze with gravy, simmer 5 minutes.

    Season with mustard, salt and pepper.

    Drain potatoes, heat milk and butter and add to potatoes.

  7. 7

    Mash to creamy puree, season.

  8. 8

    Serve mash with sausages and pour onion gravy over.
