Method

Step by step

    Cook noodles per package instructions, drain.

    Cut chicken into strips, slice cabbage and carrots into fine strips.

    Heat oil in a wok, sear chicken and remove.

    Sauté onions and garlic in the wok.

  5. 5

    Add carrots and cabbage and stir-fry for 3 minutes.

    Return shrimp and chicken to the wok.

    Whisk eggs at the side and let set.

    Add noodles, season with soy sauce, kecap manis and sambal oelek, toss.

    Serve sprinkled with spring onions.
