- Pork chopOr: Pork roast150 g
- Balsamic glaze1 tbsp
- Olive oil¾ tbsp
- Garlic cloves1 Stk
- Rosemary2 sprigs
- Thyme2 sprigs
- Blueberries15 g
- Milk chocolateOr: Chocolate shavings10 g
- Iodized salt¼ tsp
- Pepper¼ tsp
Method
Step by step

Rub pork tenderloin with salt and pepper.

Sear all over in hot oil.

Press garlic, add to the pan with rosemary and thyme.

Deglaze with balsamic, stir in honey and mustard.

Baste tenderloin with the sauce, finish in oven at 160°C for about 15 min.

Let meat rest, slice.

Serve with sauce and roast potatoes or risotto.
