  • Wholemeal breadOr: White bread, Buttered toast
    2 slices
  • Avocado
    2 Stk
  • Lime juiceOr: Lemon juice
    ½ tbsp
  • Garlic cloves
    2 Stk
  • Chili flakes
    ½ tsp
  • Iodized salt
    2 pinches
  • Pepper
    2 pinches
  • Tomatoes 2 pcs dicedOr: Vine tomatoes

Method

Step by step

    Toast the bread.

    Halve avocado, remove pit, scoop flesh into a bowl.

    Mash with lime juice, finely chopped garlic, salt and pepper.

    Poach eggs or fry as sunny-side up.

    Spread avocado cream on the toasts.

    Sprinkle tomato cubes over.

    Top with egg, drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with chili flakes.
