Method

Step by step

    Dissolve yeast with water and sugar.

    Combine flour with salt and add yeast water.

    Halve dough, shape each into a long baguette.

    Let rise on parchment paper another 30 minutes, score diagonally.

    Preheat oven to 230°C, place a tray of water on the oven floor.
