  • Cream
    30 ml
  • Bacon
    20 g
  • Bread dough
    1 roll
  • Caraway
    ¼ tsp
  • Salt
    ¼ tsp
  • Pepper

Method

Step by step

    Slice onions into rings.

    Cube bacon.

    Heat butter, fry bacon.

    Add onions, sweat over low heat about 20 min.

    Let cool.

    Whisk eggs with cream, caraway, salt and pepper.

    Fold in onion-bacon mixture.

    Roll out dough on a tray.

    Spread mixture over.

    Bake at 200°C for about 30 min.
