  • Milk
    40 ml
  • Eggs

  • Onions
    1 Stk
  • Butter

  • Parsley
    1 bunch
  • Nutmeg

  • Flour

  • Iodized salt

  • Pepper

Method

Step by step

    Cut bread rolls into fine cubes.

    Warm milk and pour over the bread.

    Let soak 20 min.

    Finely chop onion and sweat in butter until translucent, cool.

    Whisk eggs.

  6. 6

    Chop parsley.

    Add eggs, onion, parsley, salt, pepper and nutmeg to the bread.

    Mix well, bind with flour if needed.

    Form round dumplings with damp hands.

    Steep in simmering salted water 18–20 min, do not boil.
