  • Bell pepper

  • Garlic cloves

  • Sunflower oil

  • Sour cream

  • Salsa

Method

Step by step

    Cut chicken into strips, bell pepper and onion into strips.

    Heat oil in a pan.

    Sear chicken 4 min.

    Add bell pepper, onion and garlic, fry along for 5 min.

    Season with Tex-Mex seasoning and salt.

    Remove the mixture.

    Place tortilla in the pan, sprinkle with cheese.

    Add chicken mix on one half, top with more cheese.

    Fold tortilla, fry 2 min per side until golden.

    Cut into pieces, serve with sour cream, salsa and jalapeños.
