Step by step

    Cook spaghetti al dente in plenty of salted water.

    Slice garlic thinly.

    Gently heat olive oil with garlic and chili in a pan.

    Let garlic turn golden, do not brown.

    Drain spaghetti, reserve some pasta water.

    Toss pasta in the pan with garlic oil and pasta water.

    Serve with parsley and Parmesan.
