  • Hazelnuts

Method

Step by step

    Knead flour, 150g butter, 100g sugar, 1 egg and baking powder into shortcrust pastry.

    Roll out on baking sheet.

    Spread apricot jam thinly on top.

    Melt remaining butter, mix with nuts, 100g sugar, 1 egg and vanilla.

    Spread nut mixture on dough.

    Bake at 175°C for 25 min.

    Let cool, cut into triangles.

    Dip corners in melted chocolate.
