Method

Step by step

    Preheat oven to 180°C, grease muffin tin or line with paper cups.

    Finely cube ham.

    Slice spring onions into fine rings.

    Chop parsley.

    Mix flour, baking powder, salt, pepper and paprika in a bowl.

    Whisk milk, eggs and oil in a second bowl.

    Quickly combine both.

    Fold in ham, cheese, spring onions and parsley.

    Fill batter into the cups.
