Method

Step by step

    Purée pre-cooked chestnuts.

    Season chestnut purée with powdered sugar, rum and vanilla.

    Whip cream until stiff.

  4. 4

    Gently fold cream into chestnut purée.

  5. 5

    Melt chocolate with butter.

  6. 6

    Fill dessert into glasses, drizzle with chocolate.

  7. 7

    Chill for at least 1 hour.
