  • Cream
    80 ml
  • Parmesan
    25 g
  • Butter

  • Wheat flour

  • Milk
    80 ml

  • Nutmeg

Step by step

    Divide cauliflower into florets, pre-cook in salted water for 5 min.

    Cook macaroni according to package instructions.

    Melt butter, stir in flour, add milk and cream.

    Stir in Parmesan (half), season with salt, pepper, nutmeg.

    Mix macaroni and cauliflower with sauce, fill into baking dish.

    Crumble crackers, mix with remaining Parmesan and sprinkle on top.

    Bake at 200°C for about 25 min until golden brown.
