Method

Step by step

    Finely chop onion, carrots, celery and garlic.

    Heat olive oil, sauté vegetables.

    Add mince and brown until crumbly.

    Deglaze with red wine and reduce.

    Add strained tomatoes, simmer for 30 min.

    Cook béchamel from butter, flour and milk.

    Layer alternately pasta sheets, bolognese and béchamel.

    Top with cheese.

    Bake at 180°C for about 35 min.
