- Olive oil¼ tbsp
- Lamb mince65 g
- Tomatoes1 Stk
- Bell pepper1 Stk
- Onion1 Stk
- Garlic cloves1 Stk
- Parsley1 bunch
- Paprika powder¼ tsp
- Cumin¼ tsp
- Chili flakes¼ tsp
- Lemon juice2 tbsp

Step by step

Dissolve yeast in lukewarm water.

Add flour, salt and oil, knead into a smooth dough.

Let rise for 45 min.

Finely chop tomatoes, bell pepper, onion, garlic and parsley.

Combine with mince, paprika, cumin, chili and salt.

Roll out dough thinly.

Spread mince mixture thinly on top.
